Data Protection and Protection Policy

“DOROLYSEIS” maintains data of its customers in accordance with the laws of the Greek State. It uses this data exclusively for the completion of current and future commercial transactions. It does not use them for any other purpose or gives access to third parties to this data, except for those that may be requested by the state bodies within the limits of the law.

It also maintains data of customers, but also non-customers, who have requested to be informed by emails about the offers and products of “DOROLYSEIS”. Access to this data by any third party is not permitted.

Customer data, such as name, telephone, address, VAT number, are kept exclusively on the company’s computers and in hard copies at the company’s offices. Also, “DOROLYSEIS” allows the deletion from the lists of informative emails with simple request by email.

The details of “DOROLYSEIS” customers, who have made at least one transaction with the company are kept in the company’s records as required by law. However, every customer has the right to request a copy of this data.
